About Us

Ashley Yanosick has been working in the nutrition field for over 10 years. She graduated from Bridgewater State University with a bachelor’s degree in Health Science. Ashley has a passion for working with moms, because when mom gets healthy the whole family reaps the benefits. Ashley is a mom of 2 with another on the way.

Nicole’s passion for nutrition began while working in school nutrition services, leading her to earn a degree in Public Health and Psychology from UMass Amherst. She specializes in holistic nutrition and gut health, helping clients heal from the inside out through personalized and sustainable wellness plans. Nicole’s approach is supportive, grounded in knowledge and whole-body healing. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, and being by the water.

Olivia graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences from Boston University in 2015. After having her daughter in 2023, she decided to return to the holistic health space that she is so passionate about. Olivia is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, and Nutrition Response Tester. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with her family at the lake.

Kara is a Nutritional Sciences student at Merrimack College, with plans to pursue a master’s degree in speech-language pathology. She’s passionate about holistic health and is driven by a desire to help others feel their best and live more balanced, fulfilling lives. Outside of her studies, Kara enjoys traveling, going to the gym, cooking, and spending time with her friends and family!
